Just a quick vlog today lovelies...
♥ I rekon you should look after your skin and your body however you like, but I'm advocating you think about a little sun protection (if you don't already). No one likes to be bright red... it hurts and makes you look like a HOT mess.

Ah?
HOT MESS!!!
See what I did there?!!
♥ Smooch. x.
GREAT post! I see so many people (especially teens) over here thinking it's "cool" to rock sunburn.. I don't know why they get points for having burned skin because its not pleasant to look at, but they do. I am an SPF freak! haha. xo

I wish more people were more savvy about skin protection! Even though people with dark skin like me think that we don't need it, we do...I hate it when I don't have any on because I am scared about the risk of cancer....oh and we get burnt just as bad! I can't wait to start getting the kiddy spray out!!!

Wise words my dear ;) very important not to forget. I hate burns, I did that 2 years ago, really badly. I was itchy all over, and I got these red bumps, like rashes. Horrible. well, after that i got brown, but then I skin flaked like crazy...LOL. oh my...I'll def. use a higher protection this year then before, always think just because I'm half Asian I can take some sun, but oh no no...
ReplyDeleteagain, you're great! :D great post.
I couldn't agree more! I'm terrified of getting skin cancer and crazy wrinkles but I always feel preachy when I go on about skin care and sun protection (I'm ridiculously anti-sunbeds). People always give me that 'you don't need a tan, so you wouldn't know' kinda of look.
ReplyDeleteI need some sort of SPF going on because I've changed moisturiser and make-up and now neither have it in. I was thinking of getting a primer with a decent SPF as it'll do the job without giving me a shiny face.
